We are Hiring! Looking for a Client Care Co-Ordinator, 2 Days per week

Pittwater Hearing is a small, Independent Audiology clinic providing high quality hearing services to Adults and Children in the Peninsula Community. We work by the following values:

The current position is for an enthusiastic Part-Time Client Care Co-Ordinator 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday 8.30am – 5pm.   Your role will focus on providing excellent care and a welcoming environment for our wonderful community of clients. 

You will be responsible for the “front of house”, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, processing orders, taking deliveries, invoicing clients, and management of client information 

Assisting clients with managing their hearing aids, troubleshooting device problems and minor hearing aid repairs and cleaning.  You will also be responsible for arranging repairs with manufacturers.  

Demonstrating our values on a daily basis with client and team members to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

  8. You pride yourself on keeping a clean environment and are willing to do the necessary tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming and emptying office bins.
  9. You have excellent Computer skills and are willing to learn our internal systems.
  10. You can follow directions and are happy to receive constructive feedback.
